5 Borough Modular is organized by H.O.L.A. (see: Prospectus) to allow EB5 Visa Investors to own via Direct Dedicated purchase of a manufacture line in a multi line facility, for fabricating and assembly of 1 and 2 bedroom modular apartment units for inclusion in 100 unit, modular apartment building in the 5 Boroughs of New York City. The plant will be located in a TEA approved geographic area.
